After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note, shipping times during peak shopping periods (e.g. Black Firday, Cyber Monday & Christmas) will not be accurate due to high strain on postal services around the globe. We will aim to dispatch your parcel as within 1-2 business days as always. The journey from Australia Post to your door is beyond our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


You have the right to return all products you have bought from for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
