The Story:
Scotland had just done enough to make the Euro 92 tournament, but were unlucky not to progress past the group stage. Despite playing incredibly well against the Dutch and the Germans, and beating the CIS 3-0, they were knocked out. While only wearing the home shirt for the tournament, the away kit of 1991/1993 is still the Scots best shirt to date.
While I wasn't there to watch the game against CIS live, I could only imagine it would've been beautiful. Goals from McStay, McClair and McAllister would've sent those watching on McWild. Despite not progressing, I'm sure it's a game the Scottish will replay for years to come.
